Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may substitute another person in your place by contacting OPMA at email@example.com or calling 877-870-6510, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern before April 8, 2019.
If you must cancel, your refund request must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than April 8, 2019. No refunds or credits will be issued after April 8, 2019.
