Registration includes the following:
* This registration is for Spouses/Guests of registered members and provides access to the meal functions only. The Spouse/Guest will not be permitted to attend the educational sessions. The Spouse/Guest registration must be completed separately from the Manager/Supplier registration.Please register each attendee separately.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may substitute another person in your place by contacting OPMA at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-870-6510. If you must cancel your registration, your refund request must be emailed to email@example.com. No substitutions or refunds will be issued after October 14.
